As a small family-run business, we are always looking at ways to minimise risk for our customers. This includes unexpected financial outlay. We understand that having to pay for parts replacements for your roof alarm hardware can be a real setback. Our extended warranty will cover you for any replacements that are required (excluding batteries) due to mechanical faults.
Nothing lasts forever, certainly not advanced technology in highly exposed weather conditions. The roof alarm systems in our church building portfolio can be up to twelve years old and the natural degradation of materials over a prolonged period takes its toll.
We are constantly researching and improving our technology and will make these product upgrades available to you when your hardware naturally needs replacing. We underwrite this ourselves; such is the confidence we have in our hardware.
What is not included?
The E-Bound Roof Alarm Extended Warranty policy does not cover every cost related to our Roof Alarms. It is a hardware warranty, other costs such as the annual maintenance fee and call out fees will still apply. It covers defects and mechanical failure, except in the circumstance of malicious damage. This is the remit of your insurer who should indemnify you for this. Our lead acid panel batteries are not included, due to the nature of this technology.

Our extended warranty gives you complete peace of mind
Not only have we extended our standard 12-month warranty for all roof alarms fitted after 1st November 2019 by a further year, we are offering all churches the option to purchase warranty cover for an annual fee of £298 excluding VAT for a minimum of 3-years.
