E-Bound's Peterborough Admin/Finance office will soon have an opening for the position of a part time (16-20 hours) Administration & Finance Assistant. Maternity cover for one year fixed, with the possibility of permanent fixed hours.
The ideal applicant will ideally have experience in an office environment; be confident with computers (Word & Excel); demonstrate professionalism; have excellent attention to detail and the desire to work primarily within the finance department.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
- Bookkeeping (Sage & Xero).
- Answering incoming calls and dealing with customer queries.
- Invoicing customers (posting out and e-mailing).
- Data handling.
- Some HR responsibilities.
- Flexible working hours during the week between 8am – 6pm.
- Experience with Sage and Xero preferable, but training will be provided.
